In April 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown, Iselin Jansen Ruiz and Estefanía Porqueras launched a series of online Tap Dance History sessions to help their students stay connected to the art form while theatres and studios remained closed.

What began as a small educational initiative soon evolved into a wider project. Andrew Nemr joined as a guest lecturer for twelve consecutive episodes, exploring a broad range of topics with generosity, insight, and a shared passion for Tap Dance history. Following a short pause, the series returned in 2021 with a renewed focus on the history and development of tap dance in Europe, featuring guests such as Sarah Petronio and Uwe Meusel.
